One thing you can say about Europe, they have their share of fountains!
Fountains with huge amounts of water, fountains shooting into rivers, some with small streams of water trickling out and some without any water! Every one of them, however, is interesting and a real work of art. The individuals who envisioned these fountains had great imaginations and were trying to tell a story or present an idea with their work.
We are not finished with our trip yet, but I wanted to share pictures of many of the fountains we photographed. At some point, I stopped photographing fountains unless they were really unique or a masterpiece. So, you may get bored but I thought I'd get this out of the way and let you see some of the imaginative efforts of people from the past and the present!
And, we didn't get wet once!
